Halal Food On Offer For Algerian VIPs During World Cup

The South Africans are sparing no expense in ensuring that every participant in the FIFA World Cup is satisfied, going so far as to ensure halal food for the Algerian squad and visiting dignitaries, as well as providing cavier for the wives and girlfriends of the footballers.

The aim is to ensure that the players don't feel homesick during the competition, so a specially trained chef has been provided to ensure that all food provided to the players meets halal standards.
