Making A Purchase:
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
Payment may be made as follows:
Credit/Debit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Delta. You will be asked for a few details
that we need to be able to satisfy the order. Then you will be taken to our Merchant Services
website to enter your credit card details on their secure server. We do not charge for any
item until it is ready to ship. If an order is cancelled your credit card authorisation will be voided and no money will be
taken from the card.
Credit card details sent separately e.g. faxed or phoned.
By cheque made payable to Humza Foods. Your order will be not dispatched until the cheque is cleared.
The Product:
All products conform to British and EN standards.
All products are in accordance with current legislation at time of purchase.
Description and finishes are given as a guide only to assist the consumer and therefore do not constitute a legally binding contract.
Humza Food reserves the right to alter or amend the specifications and/or prices of the products offered for sale or withdraw them completely without prior notice.
All prices are shown inclusive of UK VAT at 15%.

Next Day Delivery £6.95
International £14.99.
The correct carriage charge will be calculated at checkout.
Delivery Schedule:
We process your order immediately.
Stock items will be dispatched the same day providing the order is received before 12.00pm.
You will be advised of your Parcel Tracking Number so you can track your own Parcel.
All Parcels are sent using Royal Mail Parcel Force. Our usual hours are Monday to Friday
10:00am to 5.00 pm. All orders are dispatched on a 'next working day' basis.
Back Orders:
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the
option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
You will not be charged until the goods are dispatched.
Tax Charges:
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 15% VAT is included. In line with
regulations there is no VAT charge for orders originating from the Channel Isles. The correct
VAT will be calculated at checkout.
Credit Card Security:
For 100% security and customer flexibility we use HSBC Merchant Services as well as
World pay, Paypal and Protex to process your credit/debit card details. After placing your
order you will be taken to their website to enter your card details. We do not hold these
details nor at any time do we see them. This gives you complete confidence that you are
purchasing from a totally secure website.
Returns:
Notification of any goods received incorrect must be made in writing either by email, or post
to Humza Foods within 5 days of receipt. Arrangements for the collection of the incorrect
goods will be made by Humza Foods
The above do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
